Until we begin
- Saturday, July 11
- Raleigh, NC
- All bodies welcome
- Led by Courtney
- Limited spots
But who's holdingyou?
You show up. You give. You carry. You build. You become. You do it beautifully — and still come home feeling hollow, disconnected, like something essential has been quietly lost.
The Embodiment Journey was created for this exact moment. The one where you finally give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and come back to yourself — not the performing version, the real one.
This is not a self-improvement program. It is an invitation to reconnect with what was never broken — just buried.
You are not too busy for this. You are exactly the woman this was created for.
Six thresholds.One becoming.
This is not just an event. It is a guided return to yourself. Every element — from the atmosphere to the pacing — is designed to invite presence, softness, and deep reconnection.
Guided Embodiment
We begin with a gentle opening — grounding the room, setting a safe container, and inviting each woman to arrive fully in her body and her presence.
Gentle Movement
Slow, intentional body awareness practices that ask nothing of you but presence. No performance, no comparison — just you and the language of your own body.
Reflection & Journaling
Guided reflection prompts and spacious time to listen inward. An invitation to hear what has been quietly asking for your attention.
Breath as Grounding
Breath-centered practices designed to bring you out of the mind and into the body. Simple, accessible, and profoundly settling.
Community Connection
Intentional space to be in circle with other women — not to perform or compete, but to witness and be witnessed. The kind of connection that reminds you that you are not alone.
Release & Receive
We close with a guided practice of release — setting down what you have been carrying and opening to what you are ready to receive. A full, unhurried exhale.
A gentle note before you arrive
You do not need any prior experience with embodiment, movement, or wellness practices. This experience is designed to meet you exactly where you are — no performance, no expertise required.
"Move at your own pace. Nothing is required of you here — only your presence."

No Experience Needed
All Bodies WelcomeZero background required. This is for the woman who has never done anything like this just as much as for the one who has been on this path for years.
